Executive Order 11905

Mordecai pieces together that Fang survived War Crime as a robot fly that infested his dragon, and Carl deduces Tagg is likewise a cyborg grafted into Louis’s biomechanical organs. As Tagg threatens to shut Louis down and warships open fire in orbit, Prime Minister Glory tries to assassinate Carl through a hidden Syndicate override, and a furious AI overrides the ejection, warning the galaxy there will be no more meddling.
