A Viceroy outworlder and warlord of the masked faction called the Madness. He captured and tortured the brother of War Leader Arief for sabotaging his fortifications, and his throne-side ‘operating theater’ is a lair no one has ever managed to breach. His surgery hides a horrifying obsession he calls the Beautiful Place.
