Areson the Wise

A seven-foot ogre strongman and one of Signet’s elites, near-identical to (and brother of) Apollon the Mighty, the circus strongman Carl knew on Floor Three. Areson was in the Hunting Grounds when Scolopendra struck, so he survived where Apollon did not; a third brother, Herman the Fleet, was in Larracos and is unaccounted for. Gentle-witted and literal: he “smooshes” hunters to “de-bleat” them, apologizes for “deading” them, and licks his own blood and pronounces it “yummy.”
