The Drug Den & “Bliss Surfing”

A hidden “drug den” inside the Floor-8 Desperado Club, laid out like a self-serve frozen-yogurt shop where crawlers mix their own narcotic concoctions. Katia, who asked Carl where to find it, makes herself something that knocks her out for ten-plus hours under a debuff that calls her state “Bliss Surfing”: a blitz-stick-like reliving of memory, but far more intense, with a coin-flip of waking up with bonus Strength or lost Intelligence. Elle stands guard over her while Imani, piecing it together from Elle and Daniel Bautista's practiced excuses, suspects this is not the first time, and Donut flatly refuses to believe her hero could be an addict, opening Katia's addiction arc just as the squad needs everyone sharp for the key hunt.
