The gruff, snot-spraying camel who works Hump Town's gate: nothing like the stereotype Carl braced for, more aging biker than desert nomad (Carl pegs him as “Joe Camel”). He demands a toll of gold, drugs, or pleasure, cheerfully fleeces Carl out of a single blitz stick, and points the team at the inns while warning them away from city hall. That warning, of course, immediately spawns Carl a quest to find out what's inside.
