Gravy Boat (“Ferdinand”)

A half-feral orange tomcat: the A-tier Walk-On target hunted on Earth. He was the neighbor’s cat Bea knew as “Ferdinand”: the stray who used to yowl at the window trying to get in whenever Princess Donut was in heat, while Donut hissed him off. Found starving but alive in the ruins of Bea’s old apartment, he attaches to the broken Bea in the New Queen Anne survivor camp. When Odette’s operative Lexis raids the camp, the cat is cubed and quietly handed to Borant to collect the walk-on bounty, destined, it seems, for the dungeon.

• Chapter 99 — Reunites with Bea in the Seattle camp; captured in a bounty cube during Lexis’s raid and sent to Borant to collect his walk-on bounty.
