Short creatures with turtle shells and a bowl of water set into a flat head; spill enough of that water and a kappa is immobilised. Carl knows them from recap episodes and places them somewhere between a naiad and a goblin in a Ninja Turtles costume. Elle McGibbons once described killing several by freezing their heads. Dekoki gets around the weakness with plastic wrap and rubber bands over her bowl.
