The kua-tin admin who replaces Zev after Floor 4: a Bloom party hardliner who muscles into every interview to censor what crawlers can learn, citing 'equitability.' She bans interview snacks (an illegal-buff crackdown), strips Carl and Donut of their post-floor information lifeline, and reveals Zev has been packed off to a 'reeducation retreat.' Hekla's former rep, granted a claim on the party through Katia, Carl meets her with cold, patient hostility. Her grandmother, per Odette, was far less high-strung.

• Chapter 25 — Zev warns Carl and Donut that Loita, a Bloom hardliner and Katia’s former rep through Hekla, may take over their account.
• Chapter 35 — Debuts replacing Zev as the party’s hardline PR agent.
