Magistrate (Town Control)
Kill the magistrate, rule the town
Killing a settlement's acting Magistrate transfers control of the town to the killer. Carl’s title becomes “Magistrate Carl of Medium Skyfowl Settlement” (reverting at floor collapse), earned via the “Ultimate Extreme Power” achievement and a Platinum Tyrant’s Box. Note: it does NOT auto-complete the related quest if the magistrate wasn’t the true villain. Power, it turns out, is complicated.
