The Volcano City (Floor Lore)

The fiction framing the urban floors: a magical six-layer world inside a dormant volcano, where a great monster at the bottom once breathed poison gas and killed or transformed 90% of the population. The survivors' descendants live in the villages; the transformed became the ruins' monsters. Floors 3/6/9/etc. are its layers: floor 6 is the 'Hunting Grounds' where tourists hunt crawlers; floor 18 is the elite's luxury retreat.
