Mongo gets official credit for killing D’Nadia, defeating the Prism and earning Carl the “Gavrilo Princip” achievement and a Legendary 1914 box, just as ten gnoll mercenaries (eight freshly conscripted to the Posse) burst in and Carl spares them all. He pockets the ring at Donut’s urging, hears Florin is buckling on the northern front, and learns base-stat math has made him the new Party Leader of the Royal Court of Princess Donut.
