gnoll mercenary for the Madness
A gnoll mercenary conscripted to the Madness, one of ten gnolls (formerly a single off-world unit guarding lunar comm gear) split across three factions when brought into the dungeon. Eight became Posse recruits in the Prism castle; Lockjaw and Mange were the holdouts. Carl spares them, then strands Lockjaw alone in the captured Prism throne room (a chair, snacks and orders not to leave) to force the Bloc's leaders to squabble over the orphaned territory.
