Achievement: Meet an Elite

the non-boss, non-divine hero class

The System's definition of an elite: sometimes NPCs, sometimes mobs, usually just assholes — powerful one-of-a-kind entities who will either want to sleep with you or kill you, and either way will want to use you. It warns that they think the whole production is about them, and that where there is one elite there are usually more. The payout is a map upgrade: elites now render as white or red dots marked with a black cross.
