Faction Wars · three no-vote rule-changes per team
A Faction-Wars rules mechanic Odette exposes on-air: where ordinary action items must be voted on by the warlords before a floor opens, each team also gets three “Emergency Action Items” that bypass the vote entirely, the System alone deciding whether to accept them. Rejected emergency items are normally invisible, but the System reveals ones it kills before any vote, and Odette's researchers surface three filed by Empress D'Nadia against the Princess Posse: delete all Larracos-level NPCs, bar crawlers from Faction Wars, and remove the Posse and/or delete Carl and Donut. All three are rejected by the System: the public proof that D'Nadia has turned on Donut.
