A Zebani crawler, now dead, and the man Carl assumes Burcu meant when she accused him of killing her father. He cannot confirm it and cannot put it down either: it stands as one more unresolved piece of how fractured the surviving crawlers still are, surfacing again the moment he hires a Zebani mercenary of his own.
