Burcu

A top-ten badger-headed porsuk crawler with a swashbuckler class, whom Carl had met only briefly at the Butcher's Masquerade. Captured by the Madness and strapped to a table in Houston's surgical theater, she has had her tongue and voice box cut out and watched Houston torture and kill her mother; she insists, cryptically, that Carl killed her father. Using the Book of Voodoo she sketches Carl a map of the theater's fire traps. Carl knocks her out to carry her clear, but the rolling table tips and she falls to the floor, dying when the dead-man's-switch traps fire.
