Containment Breach Trap Mark IV

A shoebox-sized, weapon-grade trap module, far larger than ordinary traps. Eight of them ring Houston's surgical theater from the observation deck, chained in sequence so that removing or triggering one fires them all, and each is Tripper-proof and triggered by any non-Madness foot on the floor. They spew Sheol fire to instantly incinerate the room, and the sequence is wired to a dead man's switch tied to Architect Houston himself: if he dies, the trap auto-fires. The arrangement forces Carl into a desperate phase-out that costs the life of crawler Burcu.
