Odette's husband, and by Rosetta's account the only reason the orc economy has not already collapsed in on itself. A Crest, one of the trillionaire investors who are rarely in the news and always have a thumb in everything, he lives inside the Skull Empire because King Rust used his council veto to kill the extradition request filed against him for tax fraud; the orcs extend safe harbour to financial criminals in exchange for investment funds, and a third of everything he earns goes to them. He has spent recent years quietly reversing the arrangement by buying orc stock, and Rosetta's reclamation raid on Rust only helped him, since the survivors have to unload assets to cover the loss. He met Odette by buying her warrant, they keep their money strictly separate, and he is the first buyer for the rights to every television show Donut has name-dropped on air, which Zev notes may be the only thing keeping the orcs solvent.
