Hell-Kissed Potion of Conscription
level-18 god-binding conscription
A hell-kissed Conscription potion brewed in the Nothing by Krakaren Prime, who hoards them for a war she deems inevitable. At level 18 it forcibly conscripts almost any unaffiliated entity regardless of protections, including most deities, but casting it against a target too far above the user's level can kill the caster, as one exploding war mage demonstrates. The War Mages obtained five by trading away the Gate of the Feral Gods at the Midnight Market. Conscription potions only work on certain floors. Li Na duplicates one for Carl, who uses it on Lucia Mar.
