The Death of Ifechi

The Floor-5 recap’s gut-punch. At a near-empty ghoul station the insane number-one crawler Lucia Mar blocks the stairs and toys with the healer couple Florin and Ifechi. She secretly casts Rubber, a damage-reflect spell, onto Ifechi’s head, so when Florin shotguns Lucia and her dogs, he’s really firing into his own partner. Ifechi dies; the System credits Florin with the kill and slaps a player-killer skull over his head. Devastated, Florin stops crawling entirely. Carl resolves that Lucia, plainly and dangerously insane, has to be put down.
