Judge Deng Bao

His Honorable Judge Deng Bao, the grixist adjutant assigned to King Rust's Skull Empire: a six-eyed alien of the same type as Huanxin Jinx, but taller and thinner. He is always the adjutant for the previous year's victor, an old and experienced figure who, when not adjudicating Faction Wars, sits on one of the highest courts in the galaxy. Victory knows him personally: he was already a professor of galactic taxation law when she attended their shared school, and the two share an oddly affectionate familiarity. He oversees the registered parlay between Carl and Rust.
