Stage-3 DT Monster & the Krakaren Dumplings

The terminal form of the DTs: regardless of origin mob, a stage-three sufferer becomes a hippo-sized, over-inflated monstrosity with a single tooth-ringed mouth, back tentacles, and its old skull visible through jelly skin: stronger than a neighborhood boss, with a body like living armor. Killing one doesn't kill it: it bursts to release thousands of rice-sized 'Krakaren Crotch Dumplings' (Level 1), clones of the lonely, ever-breeding Krakaren. This is what the entire Iron Tangle is for: a vast, deliberate engine to breed the Krakaren's children. Stop 24 fills with millions of them.
