Planet Beautiful

A drier, popular news-style program about the current season's planet. Zev books Carl and Donut to narrate, reading prepared lines over segments on Earth beauty pageants and pet shows. Donut is ecstatic; Carl agrees only on the condition he won't read anti-Earth propaganda. Producer Bin genuinely wanted to preserve dying cultures, but corporate owner Titan now forces crawler narrators and cheap AI-written scripts: deranged garbage about beauty-pageant 'roasties' and alpha males scraped from the worst of the internet. Recorded from a luxury undersea security trailer (host robot Mexx-6000) that also reveals why Carl keeps his interface there: Borant cheaped out on a dual-layer planetary zone instead of per-floor admin bubbles.

• Chapter 13 — Zev books Carl and Donut as narrators; Carl agrees only if he won’t read anti-Earth propaganda.
• Chapter 20 — The undersea recording: Carl flatly refuses the lunatic AI “roastie” script (settling for videogame history) while Donut goes gloriously off-book inventing cocker-spaniel intrigue.
