Rage Elemental

The dungeon's punishment for relieving yourself outside a bathroom: a fifteen-foot mass of sizzling black-and-purple smoke on six obsidian-clawed legs, a horned badger-skull for a head. Self-healing and near-indestructible (said to dissipate only after claiming 666 souls), it is summoned in C38 when the resident Jack breaks the rule — Yolanda is forced to shoot Jack dead a moment before the elemental even finishes coalescing, and the monster then kills Yolanda and Randall. Carl's Protective Shell holds it off just long enough to flee.
