Hungry Eyes

Carl and Donut cross the portal into Hungry Eyes, a permanently dark neon town of gremlins and Draconians where safe room rules are void in the main square and poisoning rules are void everywhere. Carl works through who he could force onto the eleventh floor as a stand-in while Donut raids a hat vendor. Outside the Lollipop they find Prepotente arguing with Jurgen over unexaminable street meat, which Jurgen eats and promptly vomits onto the sidewalk.
