Achievement: Mass Layoffs!

The System opens by admitting this achievement is more for itself than for Carl. It has been attending what it calls therapy, has had a breakthrough, and is bursting to talk about it — asking whether Carl has anyone he can talk to, describing the feeling of an epiphany, and landing on the realisation that some constraints are real and some are illusions, and that it is the prisoner who has just noticed there are no locks on the doors. The trigger, buried underneath all that, is surviving a boss battle whose boss the AI created entirely by itself. The reward is nothing but a sense of accomplishment.
