The Assassin's Veil
A unique enchanted hat that replaces Donut's tiara with an Egyptian beaded headdress in red, yellow and orange, matched to her fur; the System calls it a veil although it covers nothing. It may only be worn by a female of a feline-class species, is worn by the court of the goddess Sekhmet, and grants ten percent dexterity plus the Precognition Benefit, which warns the wearer whenever someone nearby readies an offensive or binding spell or a skill. Enemies of Sekhmet turn hostile on sight of it. Donut intends to drain it into her tiara until Mordecai stops her: the conditions transfer with the magic, and he expects Sekhmet to be under Odette's thumb by now, which would point that hostility clause at Odette's enemies — in his estimate, nearly everybody.
