Claude Sludgington the Fourth (Eryops)

An eight-foot, fifteen-foot-long lightning-spitting amphibian (an Eryops Gigantis, a.k.a. the “River Squatter”) that wandered into a Confederacy fundraiser years ago, plopped down in the Fort Freedom throne room, and simply never left. A Level-65 Borough Boss with a 10× Constitution bonus while rooted and twin lightning bolts from its eyes; the only way to kill it is to flip it and hit the soft pink belly. Carl accidentally teleports it ashore by recalling Samantha (whom it had swallowed whole), it kills Nadine and a bush elf with lightning, and the party finishes it: Donut’s Fireball punches the belly open and Mongo eats his way out through the wound.
