Enchanted Obsidian Bracelet of the Raggle Rouser

A plain black obsidian-glass bangle Carl loots from a Dream artillery elf and hands to Donut, already upgraded three times (a fourth has a 50% chance to shatter it permanently). It grants +10 Constitution, +5 Dexterity, +15% Fire Resistance, and lets the wearer cast a level-10 Fireball once every twenty minutes. Donut, who only had Magic Missile for direct damage, is thrilled to finally wield real fire; Carl’s only caution: don’t use it in tight spaces.
