Cloud of Exhaust

An enhanced, legendary-tier AoE spell Louis won for being the first crawler to drive a van into the dungeon. It blankets a group in choking black smoke with a high chance to knock out mobs for a level-scaled duration; they wake the instant they’re touched, but any damage in the following ~30 seconds is amplified. Louis’s Pest Exterminator class shortens its cooldown to ten minutes (from an hour) and boosts its potency. Mordecai is disgusted that Louis has used it only to flee: wielded like Miriam Dom’s twin spell, he’d be level 40 by now. It becomes the team’s key to clearing city hall’s guards.

• Chapter 5 — Mordecai reveals what Louis has been wasting and how to use it properly.
• Chapter 6 — Knocks out the changeling guards so the team can breach the tomb chamber.
