One of the two hapless Americans Carl finds blackout-drunk in the Air Quadrant’s Hump Town. Louis Santiago 2, a Lv 22 Pest Exterminator from Miami, drove a topless “convertible van” into the dungeon and lucked into the legendary AoE spell Cloud of Exhaust, which he had squandered fleeing every fight instead of farming kills. Mordecai force-detoxes him sober; his class shortens the spell’s cooldown, and his knockout gas becomes the crew’s key for the city-hall job. Quietly decent and loyal, he is inseparable from his best friend Firas.

• Chapter 3 — Carl finds him plastered at the Spit and Swallow and strong-arms him and Firas into the city-hall plan.
• Chapter 5 — Mordecai’s Rapid Detox sobers him and exposes the legendary Cloud of Exhaust he had been wasting on escapes.
• Chapter 6 — His knockout gas drops the changeling guards so the team can breach the tomb chamber.
• Chapter 34 — The changeling Juice Box wakes to her NPC nature and reveals she is in love with him and means to marry him.
