Carl drafts the two drunks of Hump Town
Hunting infiltration muscle for the Floor-5 city-hall job, Carl finds two blackout-drunk American crawlers, Louis Santiago 2 and Firas M., nursing their despair at the Spit and Swallow bar in Hump Town. He and Donut strong-arm the pair into a verbal agreement. Back at the Royal Palace in Chapter 5, Mordecai sobers them with Rapid Detox, exposing Louis's wasted legendary Cloud of Exhaust and Firas's high-level Puddle Jumper. Barely usable at first, the two become fixtures of Carl's extended crew, main-cast-adjacent crawlers who travel and fight alongside the Royal Court for the rest of the run.
