The Country Boss Treasure Map

Cookbook lore (Milk, 6th ed): when a country boss dies it drops persistent loot, a Treasure Map revealing the location and quality of every piece of magical gear in the area. It is a trap by design. Milk’s 400-crawler raid lost over 350 just to the boss (country bosses fight in cramped spaces and wield mass-kill attacks, the easy-looking ones worst of all); then everyone picked up the map and slaughtered one another for the gear it promised, his first player-killer skull. “Don’t pick it up,” he warns. The note hangs over Floor Six because Queen Imogen is a country boss: defeating her opens the stairwell, but her Treasure Map could turn the survivors on each other.
