The destination of the Sledge's Zerzura spell: the halls of the twelfth floor, set on a green fertile hill overlooking miles of magically-touched cotton fields. The whole funnel city of Larracos plus Shanty Town is transferred there so its changelings, NPCs and Semeru dwarves can settle and survive the coming floor; mortals crushed by the city's arrival become undead Children of Inpewt. Reaching it via Zerzura also forfeits Ferdinand and Juice Box's warlord posts, handing the Posse the win.
