Dragon-Chain Tattoo

A permanent poke-and-stick tattoo Katia inks onto Carl's previously-bare right forearm using ink mixed from a skill-transfer potion charged with Li Na's freely-given blood. Because the blood was given willingly, the donor chooses the skill being passed along; Li Na sacrificed one of her own abilities (temporarily dropping five levels) to grant it. Carl asks for the design to be a chain shaped like a dragon, since a ‘properly themed,’ well-drawn tattoo lasts longer and can be even stronger than the original. The System rates Katia's work expert quality; per Edgar, that's the second-highest tier possible.
