Eileithyia
A genuinely kind deity in a pantheon of psychopaths: the Goddess of Childbirth and Female Pain, “She Who Eases Pain,” prayed to by all mothers. In Yemaya's temple she drops her soul armor and appears as her true self: a five-foot, blue-and-black-haired alien of an unidentified species with six V-arranged eyes, four three-fingered arms, a too-long neck and a perpetually pregnant belly, in a blood-red toga and laurel. She is the patron deity the resurrected Yemaya serves, Yemaya is her retainer, not the other way around, and is herself sponsored by the Grixist heiress Huanxin Jinx, CEO of Icon Industries. To the party she grants buffs and boons (possession protection, healing speed, Constitution) plus a cover “kill five spiders” quest; secretly, in an AI-blind deity message, she offers Carl a devil's bargain: accept Odette as Faction-Wars Adjutant and she'll guarantee the votes to strip the ninth floor's protections, clear Katia's Sepsis Crown, and see them all to the twelfth floor to help her claim the Celestial Throne. Cross her, and everyone Carl loves is “pounded into dirt.”

- Chapter 17 — Appears in Yemaya’s temple as her patron deity (Yemaya is her retainer), grants the party boons and a cover spider-quest, and secretly recruits Carl with a twelfth-floor bargain through an AI-blind deity message.
- Chapter 19 — Katia, now worshipping her, reveals the full deal: the goddess’s blessing expands the three boons of the Lock Box’s Orchid and is the engine of the Sepsis-Crown escape.
