The Lock Box of the Night Wyrm
The celestial prize box Katia secretly won at the start of Floor 6 for opening the Gate of the Feral Gods and flooding Larracos: a dark, spiderweb-carved “Engaged Lock Box” with three jeweled seals, holding a visible pink orchid bud (the Orchid of Eileithyia's Grace). Eating the Orchid drops the user to 1% health, unhealable, for an hour; survive it and the goddess Eileithyia grants one of three permanent boons: tripled Constitution (near-indestructibility), Celestial Attendant (instant, protected transfer to the twelfth floor as a frozen NPC), or a return to one's birth race and a pregnancy that exits the dungeon entirely. It is the one way out of Katia's Crown-of-the-Sepsis-Whore death-pact with Donut. Opening it means breaking three seals: kill someone you're partied with (Eva ✓), kill a country or level boss (Imogen ✓), and complete a Guild of Suffering assassination. The pending kill-Astrid contract covers the third seal. It is attuned to Katia alone; if she dies first, it destroys the prize within.
