Carl’s “reward” for the Extinction Event achievement: a tiny lizard-foot tattoo that appears under his left eye, marking the Wall Monitor race he wiped out. It removes automatic hostility from any natural enemies of lizard-class creatures, but lizard-class enemies deal 20% more damage to him, and any Wall Monitor deals 150% more. It can only be hidden with a cover-up sleeve, which is useless on a face. His third tattoo, after his Goblin Pass and Desperado Club pass.

- Chapter 2 — Appears on Carl’s face from the Platinum Asshole’s Box.
- Chapter 3 — A level-34 Thorny Devil deals +20% damage thanks to the sigil.
