Fopsy

A former prime minister now serving as the non-combatant adjutant for the Dream. Fopsy is a ‘tripod’: a round, basketball-like alien covered in glittering eye-dots, standing on three long multi-jointed legs and reputedly utterly emotionless, like an extra-cold Spock. He observes the battle with clinical detachment, confirming Baroness Victory's deduction that the War Mages are using hell-kissed Conscription potions and revealing they traded the Gate of the Feral Gods for the potions at the Midnight Market, while theorizing that the residual leading them is trying to end the crawl to stop the local AI before it threatens the Eulogist.
