Harpocrates

god of silence, hates noise

The god of silence, automatically summoned to the realm when Meatus (who wears his stolen organ) escapes the Nothing. Far from deaf, Harpocrates can hear the heartbeat of a fly half a planet away and is enraged by loud noise: he will hunt down anything making a racket, which is why Mordecai forbids Donut from using her PA system while he is out. Per the old recurring lore, Harpocrates is fated to fight and kill Meatus and try (and fail) to reabsorb him before rampaging, smashing everything noisy. In Book 7, Harpocrates chases the noise across the battlefield, while Meatus, trapped inside the giant flesh-ball, is ultimately killed when Donut's War Crime spell tears him apart with fleshers, with Harpocrates looking on; Li Na later conscripts him to battle the lust-god Yarilo.
