Enchanted Tiara of the Inebriated Dragonfly

The tiara Donut has set with the Flawless Jeweler's Gem (a yellow-orange citrine she only grudgingly accepted, sure it would clash with her fur) at the Desperado jeweler. Named for a children's tale about a drunk dragonfly hovering outside his nest, it grants a 50% potion-cooldown reduction, +10 Intelligence, poison protection, negation of the inebriation dexterity debuff, and the part Donut actually cares about: a Level 10 Hover skill: five uses a day, ~90 seconds of floating two-to-three feet up, doubling as fall protection. She is insufferable about 'flying.'
