Katia Restored and Made a Mother

human again, pregnant, ejected to the surface

After Donut clears away her sponsor, the goddess Eileithyia restores Katia to her true human form, revealing the limbs she had quietly lost across the crawl: her right arm to the shoulder, both legs, and an ear (Bautista fits the cybernetic replacements she had secretly built). Katia chooses the boon of pregnancy, naming Louis the human father, specifically because pregnant crawlers are ejected from the dungeon: it is her only way up to the surface, where the lost, frightened children Eileithyia can sense but cannot reach are being kept. Marked ‘Ineligible,’ she waves goodbye and vanishes in a puff of smoke.
