A dromedarian attorney and Quasar's oldest friend, met at law-school orientation and still able to drink him under the table twelve rounds in without appearing affected. She is the daughter of one of the galaxy's most notorious mob bosses and has spent her life running from that inheritance, which turns out to be exactly the qualification Quasar needs: when he learns that Princess Chandra has sent Taurins after his family, he retains her with a single swiped credit, and she asks whether he wants legal help or the other kind. Her one surviving client is Daniel Bautista, who turned down a deal and went into the cleaner bots with the rest of the holdouts, leaving her nothing to watch and no way to know whether he is alive.

• Chapter 87 — Introduced at the attorney bar in the interlude, twelve drinks deep and watching the tenth floor end: she reports the deals on offer are identical to the ninth-floor terms, notes that a ruling has come down disqualifying rather than killing one of her clients, and explains that Daniel Bautista went into the cleaner bots instead of taking a deal, which has left even his attorney with no feed. Quasar retains her with one credit when Chandra's Taurins turn up at his brother's house, and she offers him a choice between legal help and a finger gun.
