An alien race of opaque, quivering green goo, each individual shaped like a tiered 1970s Jell-O mold with its mouth at the very top, bubbling as it speaks upward into the air. They reproduce by splitting apart and can merge back together, so a single ‘person’ is really several pooled minds: their Faction-Wars voting rep introduces itself as ‘Voting Admin Cell Mass Number Three,’ explaining that the missing Hortense is just one of the three selves inside it. Donut, refusing such a name, dubs it ‘Green Jiggly.’ At the meeting it is the first to die when Juice Box’s pus detonator splatters it across the table.

Book 6 appearances

• Chapter 21 — Its voting rep, ‘Voting Admin Cell Mass Number Three,’ attends the meeting; Donut renames it Green Jiggly.
• Chapter 22 — Blown apart by Juice Box’s detonator, splattered across the conference table — the only rep to explode, though the Madness’s viceroy had already lost his head at the same meeting.
