Ping (Spell)

An artillery-and-hunting spell from Carl’s platinum quest box, taught to the Dream’s elven gunnery officers. Ping sends out an audible sonar pulse that reveals the distance and location of all non-crawler, non-red mobs in a wide radius (even beyond the map) and at level 5 can carry Fear. Useless against crawlers and hostile mobs, it’s built for the sixth and ninth floors, where it will sniff out NPCs, elites, and faction-war hunters before they see him.
