Carl & Donut’s named combat plays
Pre-agreed combat routines Carl institutes after the Mold Lion fight. Each “play” has a name and a fixed sequence either partner can call and the other must follow instantly. The first, “Panic,” is Carl casting Fear while Donut hits the target with Magic Missile. The system grows more elaborate over time, eventually integrating Mongo. It’s the closest thing to a team huddle a cat and a heavily-armed bartender can manage.
