A crawler running a fire truck in the same heat as Li Jun and Zhang, and an isopod summoner who was instrumental in keeping the FUPA safe through Faction Wars. Some crawlers call her the decapitator, and Carl has never heard why. With every surviving team in that heat now a crawler team, Zhang is afraid she and the others are conspiring against them.

- Chapter 33 — Zhang's check-in names Sammi Harrison as one of the crawler teams left in their heat, and admits to fearing the survivors are working against them.
- Chapter 54 — Zhang counts Sammi Harrison among the dead, alongside Rezan, Ming Lui and Soo-bin, when he argues that killing Li Na is the only way.
