A discovery notice that fires when a team finds an engineer out on the course. The System promises at least one will appear in every race and that engineers can be added to a team's garage. The first one Carl meets is the live captive in Prison Pocket's pouch, wearing a kangaroo costume and screaming to be let out; Donut, reading the same tag, calls him an upgrade mechanic.
