Zhang’s Cape of Odds

Zhang's prize from the Celestial Who-Let-The-Gods-Out box: a white cape bearing an archery target. Passively grants +15% to all stats and Level 10 Dodge. Its once-an-hour Roll the Dice skill yields one of 333 outcomes, most beneficial (doubled strength, flight, Death Ray, various summons), but 66 of them bad (paralysis, all-stats-to-5, ‘Summon the God Who Hates You Most’). After 19 spins the wearer may manually pick a result. A true Celestial item: powerful but insidious, and Zhang refuses to use it unless absolutely necessary.
