The derailment works. Out of the engine car climbs Gore-Gore the ManTauR: helpful, pious, and then murderous once the Vanquisher cleric rats them out. Carl drop-kicks him onto the third rail with Grull’s summon timer ticking, and the Valtay Corporation buys Carl’s sponsorship.
